Learn Shahmukhi in an easy way

In this lesson we'll learn how to make sounds clear with some special signs.These signs are called "Airaab".

Some basic airab are

paish

zabar

zair

shadd

mad

 

Zabar:	is called zabar. It produces sound of "aa". It is used above any word.Some examples are as follows
	aa	ba	sa

 

Zair:	is called zair. It produces sound of "ee". It is used below any word.Some examples are as follows
	ee	be	se

 

Paish:	is called paish. It produces sound of "oo". It is used above any word.Some examples are as follows
	oo	bu	su

 

Shadd:	is called shadd or Tashdeed. It is used above any word when a word is supposed to give a double sound.Some examples are as follows
	allah	abba	ammaN

 

Madd:	is called Madd. It is used above ALIF and produces sound of aa.Some examples are as follows
	aap	aari	aalu
