The every executive has been selecting a number of zonal secretaries to help him in all activities of the Bazm.
As far as the Memorial Society “Bazm-e-Maula Shah” (SMSWS) is concerned it is already stated that it was organized in 1975 on self-help basis. Finances to meet the purposes are mostly assigned to any well-to-do member of the organization or collected by contribution. At the time of its start the following two main objects were aimed at:
1- To get the modern facilities from the Govt. for villagers.
2- To republish the books of Sain Maula Shah after their collection.
For the 1st purpose Engineer Liaqat Ali Rathore and Prof. Mian Maqbool Ahmad played an active role for the supply of water and electricity, establishment of Public library and Dehi Markaz-e-Sehat and construction of melted road.
For the 2nd purpose the marvelous efforts of Mian Zafar Maqbool are quite praise worthy who has succeeded to collect and arrange the republication of Maula Shah Books. The detail of so far the publications of the Bezm available in the market is as under:

In the end it seems necessary to give a brief sketch of Sain Maula Shah. So it is presented below:
SAIN MAULA SHAH MAJITHAVI
The original name of the renowned Panjabi poet Sain Maula Shah was Maula Bakhash. On the basis of his “ Darveshi ” his “ Murshid ” gave him the name of Maula Shah. He was born at Majitha Distt. Amritsar (India) in 1836. The name of his father was Kareem Bakhash who belonged to a Rajput tribe of Kashmir namely Jandrah.
In his youth time he resided for a short period in Katra (Koucha) Bhagian and Katra Ghanian of Amritsar. In his old age he permanently settled at Tibber Distt. Gurdaspur (India) where he planted a garden of various flowers and fruit trees. He expired on Tuesday 6th September 1944 (i.e. 22nd Bhadoon 2001 (B), 17th Ramadan 1363 (H)). He was buried in his self-planted garden for a fixed period. He was up-graved on 10th January 1945 (i.e. 27th Poh 2001 (B), 25th Muharram 1364 (H)) and reburied. His body, face and garlanded funeral dress was still blooming but his hair, beard and nails were seen longer. All his relatives and disciples transferred the box of his body in the new grave prepared for the purpose where still people garland and cover his grave with flowers and cloth sheets. It is also heard that milk is collected every Thursday by the inhabitants and distributed among the pilgrims. A yadgar in his memory was built 1992 at Karyal Kalan Gujranwala (Pakistan). Its style is a water tank and at the top of the yadgar the Holy word Allah () has been written at four sides under which has been written which appeared as a different & a marvelous piece of constructive art.
The poet says in his book named as Zohra Mushtri published in 1938, that he has four sons (Muhammad Din, Khuda Bakhsh, Allah Bakhsh & Sain Hader Shah) and five grand sons (Ismail, Sharif, Talib, Manzoor & Suleman) but the poet could not nominate his sixth grand son named Bashir.
After the partition his family members settled at Karyal Kalan (Gujranwala) where his youngest son Sain Haider Shah used to celebrate his Urs during his lifetime and after that his grandson Mian Muhammad Ismail Manzar continued the same. Now a days his great-grand son Sahibzada Prof. Mian Maqbool Ahmad is following the tradition.
